At Sprachenzentrum, we strive to provide the best possible service to our students. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds of our courses and services.
2. Course Refund Policy
Our refund policy for courses is as follows:
- Full refund if requested before the course start date
- 50% refund if requested within the first week of the course
- No refund after the first week of the course
- Special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis
3. Physical Classes
For physical classes, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the refund request. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used.
4. Recorded Classes
For recorded classes, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Once a refund is processed, access to the course materials will be revoked.
5. Career Counseling Services
Career counseling services are non-refundable once the session has been conducted. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
6. Study Abroad Guidance
Study abroad guidance services are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided. However, if you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
7. Processing Time
All refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of approval. The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Special Circumstances
In case of special circumstances such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events, we may consider exceptions to our standard refund policy. Please contact our support team with proper documentation.
